Extra Round added this year 5th August 2018 (New Date) - One of our riders has managed to get a new track near Strathaven. The track is a virgin grassland field which will make a superb fast flowing scramble (no rough stuff) The Committee have decided to put on an extra scramble on 5th August 2018 this will fill in the eight week gap between Thornhill and Fife.

2018 changes
This year there is a new class which is for riders over 65, which will be ridden in the afternoon along with the over 60's pre 75 race. This will be called the Stewart Riddell Trophy

All entries must be with Brian Hamilton one week before the scramble date. Entries received after this date will be deemed a late entry and will incur an extra charge of 20 and the rider will not get any points towards the Club Championship for that meeting

All Riders MUST wear body armour
(from 2019 must conform to EN1621-2 back, EN1621-3 chest)

Pre 77 bikes will ride with the pre 75 bikes in both morning and afternoon

If riders have not joined the club by 1st March 2018 they cannot be guaranteed their rider number

All riders are required to supply a marshal at least twice in the season. Please contact Paul Dawson to let him know what meeting suits you best to supply a marshal

There will be an SACU seminar in March for officals cirtificate. Anyone who wants to apply for a certificate please contact Tom Forsyth
